RokForm® Company Policy
BUSINESS HOURS: RokForm®, maintains normal business hours from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, PST, Monday through Friday.
DOMESTIC PRICING: All prices shown are FOB RokForm™’s facility in California and are subject to change without prior written or oral notice. All orders are invoiced at prices in effect at the time of shipment. RokForm™ is not responsible for any incorrectly printed product descriptions, part numbers, or prices.
INTERNATIONAL PRICING: All prices are in USD and do not include freight charges. Prices and freight charges are indicated on the Pro Forma invoice for each order. Preferred payment method is Wire Transfer, however, we also accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover Card. Payments received via credit card incur a 3% processing fee on the total order value, including shipping.
TERMS: Standard Terms are C.O.D., Certified Money Order or pre-approved credit card purchases only. Personal checks cannot be accepted under any circumstances. Customers who refuse an order will be held responsible for return freight to RokForm™ as well as the original freight. RokForm™ will not charge the customers’ credit card until the order is shipped, unless it is a special order.
ORDERS: Please allow 24-72 hours to process all orders from time of receipt.
BACK ORDERS: We try to avoid backorder situations, but if it occurs, we will take your order and then call you as soon as the product is again available.
SPECIAL ORDERS: All special orders are shipped prepaid only and cannot be returned.
DOMESTIC SHIPMENT METHOD: All orders are shipped via UPS or US Postal Service (Military Addresses Only). The standard shipping method is Ground Service. Orange (3 Day), Blue (2 Day) and Red (1 Day) services are also available at additional cost, and only when requested and approved by RokForm™. We do not offer C.O.D. delivery for retail customers. If you require your order to be shipped via U.S. Postal Service (Military Addresses Only), there will be additional handling charges due to costs incurred by RokForm™ in delivering packages to the Post Office (UPS, on the other hand, picks up daily from our facility).
CANCELLATIONS: Special ordered merchandise cannot be cancelled and is payable in advance. Cancellation of standard item orders must be received prior to shipment of goods. RokForm™ cannot cancel an order once it has shipped.
RETURNS & CLAIMS: Any requests for the return of goods purchased from RokForm™ must be made within 10 days of receipt of goods. No returns will be accepted after 10 days. Prior to any return shipment, call RokForm™ for a Return Authorization Number (RA#) that will be issued over the phone. Returned goods must be in NEW and UNUSED condition and in the original packaging. If the merchandise has been installed on the vehicle, then you have bought it and it cannot be returned. Merchandise can only be returned by the party that originally purchased it from RokForm™, i.e., if you bought it at a dealership, you must return it to that dealership. If the merchandise is being returned because of a shipping or packing error made by RokForm™, then RokForm™ will only reimburse the buyer for the actual UPS Ground or U.S. Postal Service 1st Class shipping expense. RokForm™ cannot issue call tags. All approved returns are subject to a 20% restocking charge plus the original cost to ship the goods the first time. Refunds will only be for credit towards future purchases- no cash refunds.
FREIGHT CLAIMS: All merchandise should be thoroughly inspected by the customer upon receipt. If any shipping damage is found, it is the customer’s responsibility to file a claim with the carrier. All claims to the carrier must be made within three days of receipt of goods, supported by a bill of lading and invoice.
WARRANTY: All RokForm™, Phone Accessories carry a limited 90 day warranty against defects in workmanship and/or materials. RokForm™ warrants its products to be free from any manufacturing defects at the time of delivery, but makes no other warranty claims.
EXTENT OF WARRANTY: All warranty claims properly returned to RokForm™ will be repaired or replaced by RokForm™. RokForm™ is not responsible for any other expense incurred by the customer under the terms of this limited warranty, nor is RokForm™ responsible for any damages either consequential, incidental, special, contingent, or otherwise, or expenses or injury arising directly or indirectly from the use of merchandise purchased from RokForm™. Any merchandise returned to RokForm™ must be sent at the customer’s expense with the proof of purchase along with the return authorization number. RokForm™ reserves the right to determine whether the terms of warranty, set out above, have been properly followed. In the event that the terms are not followed, this warranty is void. RokForm™ is the sole arbiter of abuse, misuse, installation errors and modifications. Should any of these be found, this warranty is void. The duration of any and all implied warranties are limited to the duration of the express warrant. All incidental or consequential damages are hereby excluded.
LIABILITY: The acceptance and/or use of any merchandise purchased from RokForm™ by the customer hereby shall release RokForm™ from any and all liability pertaining to the use of such merchandise. The customer recognizes that talking/texting on the phone while driving is illegal and Rokform is not liable in anyway/nor does it support the use of any phone accessory while driving.
