Our products are not cheap and not for everyone; they are innovative, unique and of very high quality well worth the price. Everything we do at Rokform is directed towards making products that our customers will be proud to own, use and tell there friends about. Our products are not intended or designed for ultra high volume sales; we make them one at a time with careful attention to every detail. We are looking for Resale partners who share our passion for high quality products and customer service.
Rokform is proud of its small network of Resellers and its in everyone’s best interest to limit our reach to only legitimate Resellers that are willing to make an investment in the Rokform brand. Moreover, we will limit the total number of Resale Partners in our network in order to provide a fair and unexcessive sales platform.

Rokform’s marketing policy is aimed at total quality incorporating all touch points related to the sale and use
of Rokform products. Our definition of marketing starts the minute a customer is introduced to our product;
photos, packaging, customer service, speed of delivery, product performance and after the sale service are
all essential elements of the Rokform marketing philosophy. The sum total of the aforementioned elements
executed with precise care and control make the Rokform experience world class.
Under our definition the Rokform marketing cycle never ends and one of the most important parts of our
marketing efforts are first impressions. Rokform products must be presented specifically as conceived by our
marketing team. Rokform will provide all photos and logos to Resellers to use for web and print. No images or
logos except those provided by Rokform should be used in connection to the Resale or Marketing of Rokform
products unless otherwise approved in writing by Rokform management.
Rokform has instituted this simple marketing policy to make it very easy for resellers to promote and sell
Rokform products in a consistent manner as follows:
1. All images of Rokform products used by authorized Rokform Resellers will be provided by Rokform.
Authorized Resellers not using supplied Rokform images and artwork in connection with the sale of
Rokform product will be in violation of the Marketing policy and may be taken off the Reseller list.
2. All logos and artwork will be provided by Rokform. Resellers may not use any other logos, artwork,
or images in connection with the resale of Rokform products.
This policy is meant to protect the Rokform brand and the investment of its Resellers. We appreciate your
cooperation.

prices. Our products are not for everyone, they are innovative unique and of very high quality that comes
at a certain cost. Everything we do at Rokform is directed towards making products that our customers
will be proud to own, use and tell there friends about. Our products are not intended or designed for ultra
high volume sales at discount prices. We make them one at a time with careful attention to every detail.
The forgoing pricing policy is meant to protect our valued Resellers investment in Rokform products. We
want our hand selected group of Resellers to profit from their trust and investment in Rokform and enjoy
the successful feeling of having satisfied customers who paid a fair price for a quality USA made product.
We also want to protect the end users investment and trust in the Rokform brand. Please read this Policy
and be mindful of our sincere intention to protect the interest of both the Reseller and the end user.
Purpose:
Through this policy, Rokform aims to protect its image and reputation and to encourage those reselling its
products to provide effective meaningful support to Rokform and the end user consumers of its products.
Accordingly, to better provide for the continuing sale of our premium quality products and to position
Rokform properly in the market place and to protect the investment made by our resellers. Rokform has
adopted unilaterally this resale price policy (the “Policy”). The Policy applies to all resellers of Rokform
products.
The Policy does not constitute an agreement and is subject to change by Rokform unilaterally at any time.
Purchasers of Rokform products should not communicate to Rokform their acceptance of compliance with
this Policy. This Policy is not subject to negotiation.
The Policy
The Policy is consistent with the U.S. (federal and state) laws and regulations, which allow Rokform to
establish the manner in which its products are distributed, sold and advertised. Rokform will make all
decisions regarding enforcement of this Policy unilaterally and will not reach any sort of agreement with
its Resellers because of complaints they might have regarding sales practice of other Rokform resellers.
Effective Date
This policy is effective December 29, 2010
MSRP
This policy pertains to (MSRP) Manufacturer Suggested Retail Price. Rokform will provide resellers with a list of its Suggested Retail Prices. The (MSRP) Manufacturers Suggested Retail Price shall apply to all of Resellers sales to end-user customers. The current MSRP price list is attached with this document. The MSRP is the lowest price at which a Rokform product can be sold or advertised to an end user.
Rokform will subtract free or reduced price goods or services and similar benefits for the customer made
available or actually provided by the reseller to its customers (whenever given, regardless of source and
considered by Rokform to be part of such offer or sale of any Rokform products) In other words Rokform
products cannot be bundled with other items to indirectly or directly discount Rokform products.
Violation
Although each Reseller remains free to establish its own prices, any Reseller offering or selling Rokform
products at a price below its MSRP will, without assuming any liability, immediately be removed from
Rokform’s list of Resellers approved to purchase its Products. Customers will not be removed from the list
of approved customers unless Rokform verifies to its satisfaction that the reseller has violated this Policy.
A reseller may violate this Policy in any or both of two ways:
By offering (through advertising, promotion or otherwise and regardless of place
of medium used), by selling (in-store, on-line, through a catalog or otherwise) or
by providing one or more of the products at a price less than the current MSRP
established by Rokform. The MSRP will be as shown on the attached price list.
By selling (in store, on-line, through a catalog or otherwise) one or more of the products to a reseller who has been removed from Rokform’s list of customers approved to purchase Rokform products. Reseller is prohibited from selling any Rokform products to any Reseller who has violated the terms of this policy.
Result of Violation
Effective as of the date of removal as a customer of Rokform’s products, all pending orders from the
Violator for any of the Products will be cancelled and no new orders for any of the products will be
accepted.
Additional Policy Terms
This policy may be modified, extended, suspended, discontinued or rescinded in whole or in part by Notice
from Rokform at any time. Any such Notice will describe the duration and nature of any such modification,
extension, suspension, discontinuation or rescission of the Policy by Rokform. If there is any disagreement over the interpretation or enforcement of this Policy, Rokform’s view will control.
Rokform will not discuss any conditions of acceptance related to this policy. In addition, Rokform neither
seeks nor accepts any assurance of compliance of this Policy. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary
which may be expressed or implied in any communication between Reseller and Rokform, nothing therein
will constitute an agreement by such reseller to comply with the Policy.
