Over The Hump is Back

How did you spend your Over the Hump Mountain Bike Series break? We spent it counting down the days until it returned on July 19. Now just a few days away, our crew at Rokform can’t wait to see everyone next Tuesday!

If you haven’t heard of the Over the Hump (OTH) series and live in the Orange County area, it’s an event worth coming out to. In 2009, the founders created two events to gauge interest and both events sold out. We’d say the riders of Orange County were interested in a weekly event. After that, OTH secured Irvine Lake as its official home and fast forward to 2016, it’s a popular 12-round series for the beginner, expert and everything in between.

As a sponsor, we’ve recognized the event as being one of the area’s best weekly race series for mountain bike enthusiasts looking to curb their competitive appetite with some of the bike riders in the country. Rokform ambassador Johnny O’Mara is a regular at the series. Our owner Craig Erion is also a regular fixture on the starting line. You’ll often see motocross racing pros getting in some cross-training at an event or two. With its plentiful vendor area, family-friendly environment, and community spirit, OTH is a must-attend event for the whole family.

Craig is thinking...no pain, no gain!

In 2016, our team has been a enjoying the weekly event. Each race we give away a case and for the first half and second half, we have a deluxe prize pack that is awarded to one lucky winner. While we already surprised our first winner, we’ll be opening up sign ups for the second prize pack. Make sure to swing by the Rokform booth at each of the races for your chance to win!

Our First of Two Season Winners!

See you at the races!
