Meet Kaylin, E-Commerce and Marketing Manager
Since you’re reading this blog post, you’ve already gotten a glimpse of the work Kaylin does. She’s been part of the Rokform team for two years and knows Rokform.com inside out. Describing her role in one sentence, Kaylin says, “I am the go-to person if someone has a question about the website.”
As manager for both e-commerce and marketing, Kaylin’s is always busy with a variety of different projects and initiatives. On any given day, you might find her customizing the website or planning the email marketing calendar. Her favorite thing about her role? Optimizing the website to make the customer online shopping experience as best as possible.
All of Kaylin’s favorite Rokform things
Kaylin has an iPhone 7+ with one of Rokform’s customized Glitter Cases, which are hand painted at the Rokform HQ in Irvine, California. With a pretty long commute to and from work every day, it makes sense that her favorite Rokform product is the BAM mount. She mounts her BAM mount to her car dashboard to keep her phone visible and help her avoid traffic!
Products aside, Kaylin’s favorite thing about working at Rokform is the team. “Rokform is truly a family. We are always pushing each other to be better.”
More about Kaylin
Kaylin is a self-proclaimed “tech nerd,” which dates back to her early teens. During middle school her favorite website was CNET.com, which she would scour regularly to learn about the latest and greatest tech products. She’s always paying attention to tech news surrounding the latest smartphone updates. Outside of that, the current tech she is most excited about is smart speakers: “I have Google Home [speakers] EVERYWHERE so I am excited to see where that industry goes.”
