What is the highest output of this charger?
- 10 Watt max. Samsung and Android devices will accept 10W and Apple devices will accept 7.5W. You must use a 9V charger for fast charging.
Does the power cord need to be plugged in for the RokLock Wireless Charger to work?
- Yes, to charge your phone, the RokLock Wireless Charger must be plugged into a power source.
Is wireless charging slower than charging via a cable?
- Yes, a wireless charger is slower than an equivalent wired charger because wireless charging is only 70%-80% efficient.
Will this work without either the RokLock Car Dash Mount or the Windshield Suction Mount?
- Yes, but you will not be able to mount it to your dash without either the RokLock Car Dash Mount or the Windshield Suction Mount.
How long is the USB-C Cable?
- The included USB-C cable is 3-feet long.

I have struggled with many different devices for my cars , trucks, and my Harley-Davidson to mount my phones, and my wifes also. I was extremely leery about buying anything other than an Otterbox case for my IPhone 12 Pro Max. I am very particular about cases for protection. I went ahead and ordered a case, screen protector, window phone mount, and the wireless charger mount adapter.”BEST” decision and money I’ve ever spent !!!!! The case is way more sturdier and protective than I thought it would be. The phone mount is definitely way better quality than the other 10+ mounts that I have previously bought. Will most definitely be buying more products from this company in the future.
The convenience of being able to just slap your phone on it and lock it in place is fantastic. I have it mounted on my dashboard so I can use GPS as well (I work on oil sites so I use GPS a lot) all while it charges. However charging is pretty slow, but thankfully it doesn’t make my phone hot like other wireless chargers.
This is amazing all you have to do is just click it and forget it your phone will be charge at your next destination
I have a mount on my Harley Davidson to hold my phone. It works great. So I decided to get the suction cup car mount for my work van to utilize the most out of the phone case. I added the charger in my work Van and use it every day. It is so easy to get in my Van and lock my phone on the charger. Before I would plug cord in and put the phone on the passenger seat. I would show up to a job to see that my phone stopped charging because cord wasn't making a good connection any more due to the phone case design. Now with the quick lock wireless charger my phone is always getting charged up.
