On behalf of everyone at ROKFROM, our hearts go out to all those affected by COVID-19. Like many of you, we have spent the last several weeks learning about the virus, and we recognize the position to support the collective fight against it. This is truly a global effort that requires all of our participation. The situation is changing rapidly, and we are doing our part to help reduce the spread of the virus.
As of Tuesday, March 17, the ROKFORM team will be working from the safety and comfort of their own homes. Thankfully, our internal leadership team has prepared for this type of event, and we are set up to serve you remotely with the same high level of service you have come to expect. Please note that the ROKFORM showroom is also temporarily closed until at least April 1.
Many of our online customers are asking how we will be handling their orders in the weeks to come. Luckily, our continually cleaned shipping system is set up to fulfill your orders just as quickly as ever and we will continue to ship online orders within 24 hours during the week and the next business day if ordered on the weekend.
