Customer Service Hours:

LIMITED ONE YEAR WARRANTY: All Rokform® products (each, a “Product”) are warranted to be free from defects in workmanship and/or materials under normal use for a period of one year from the date of the original purchase date (“Warranty Period”).


EXTENT OF WARRANTY.

COVERED PARTIES: This limited warranty is provided to the original end purchaser of the Product purchased from Rokform® or an authorized Rokform® re-seller. This limited warranty is non-transferable. No returns will be accepted from anyone other than the original end purchaser.

 

PROOF OF PURCHASE: Proof of Purchase is required for all warranty claims and returns. Product cannot be returned without proof of purchase.

 

EXCLUSIONS:
This limited warranty does not cover:

 

REMEDIES: Any Product that does not conform to the terms of this limited warranty will be repaired or replaced by Rokform® (at its sole discretion) as the original end purchaser’s sole and exclusive remedy. Rokform® is not responsible for any other expense incurred by the customer under the terms of this limited warranty, nor is Rokform® responsible for any damages either consequential, incidental, special, contingent, or otherwise, or expenses or injury arising directly or indirectly from the use of the Product. ALL INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARE HEREBY EXCLUDED. THE LIMITED WARRANTY DOES NOT, UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES, COVER DAMAGE TO OR THE REPLACEMENT COST OF ANY ELECTRONIC DEVICE OR PERSONAL PROPERTY INSIDE OR OUTSIDE OF THE PRODUCT. ROKFORM’S® ENTIRE LIABILITY SHALL BE LIMITED TO THE ACTUAL AMOUNT PAID BY THE ORIGINAL END PURCHASER FOR THE PRODUCT. SOME STATES AND/OR JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

 

WARRANTY DISCLAIMERS: EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY SET FORTH ABOVE IN THIS LIMITED WARRANTY, ROKFORM® MAKES NO OTHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW AND SPECIFICALLY DISCLAIMS AND EXCLUDES ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF NON-INFRINGEMENT OF THIRD PARTY RIGHTS, MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. IF SUCH DISCLAIMER OF ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY IS NOT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE DURATION OF ANY SUCH IMPLIED WARRANTIES IS LIMITED TO THE WARRANTY PERIOD SET FORTH HEREIN. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OF IMPLIED WARRANTIES OR LIMITATIONS ON HOW LONG AN IMPLIED WARRANTY MAY LAST, SO SUCH LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. THIS WARRANTY GIVES YOU SPECIFIC LEGAL RIGHTS AND YOU MAY ALSO HAVE OTHER RIGHTS WHICH VARY FROM JURISDICTION TO JURISDICTION.

 

RETURNS & CLAIMS: Rokform® will accept returns within 10 calendar days of the product being delivered, and only from the original end purchaser.  Returns must be postmarked as shipped back to Rokform® within 10 calendar days of the product being delivered.  Returned goods must be in NEW and UNUSED condition and in the original packaging. Prior to shipping any Product for a return or a claim under the limited warranty, the original end purchaser must call Rokform® at 855-765-3676 for a Return Authorization Number (RA#), which will be issued over the phone. No returns or warranty claims will be accepted without a valid RA# printed on the outside on the package and a copy of the original receipt included inside the package. Credits for returns will be issued in the form of a refund to the credit card used for the original purchase. Refunds are for product only. Shipping charges are non-refundable. All Product returns and claims must be shipped prepaid. Rokform® is not liable for Products that are damaged or lost in transit to Rokform®. If Rokform® determines a Product does not contain a warranted defect it will be returned at the customer’s expense. If Rokform® determines there is a warranted defect, it will remedy the defect as set forth in the limited warranty and return the Product or a replacement product at Rokform’s® expense.

Restock fees will apply in the following scenarios:

20% restocking fee will be applied in any of the following conditions: 

25% restocking fee will be applied in the following conditions:

50% restocking fee will be applied in the following conditions:

Should any returned product not contain all items that originally were a part of that item then the value of the missing portion will be deducted from the refund amount and a 25% restocking fee will be applied.

FREIGHT CLAIMS: All merchandise should be thoroughly inspected by the customer upon receipt. If any shipping damage is found, please contact Rokform® customer service immediately at 855-765-3676 to file a claim.

ORDERS: Please allow 24-72 hours to process all orders from time of receipt.

 

BACK ORDERS: We try to avoid backorder situations, but if it occurs, we will take your order and call you as soon as the product becomes available.

 

DOMESTIC SHIPMENT METHOD: All orders are shipped via UPS. The standard shipping method is Ground Service. Three Day, Two Day, and One Day services are also available at additional cost, and only when requested and approved by Rokform®. If your address is a Military address or other address, which requires your order to be shipped via U.S. Postal Service, a handling charge in addition to the normal shipping charges will apply.

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENT: All International orders are shipped via FedEx. The cost of shipping is calculated automatically based on weight and location when you place your order online. You will be able to view the cost before you submit your final order. Please note that Rokform® is obligated by law to declare the proper value on all shipments. The shipping cost quoted does not include any applicable import duties or taxes your country's customs department may charge you. Please research what these fees may be as Fedex will request these fees from you as a broker between your custom's department and yourself.

 

CANCELLATIONS: Special ordered merchandise cannot be cancelled and is payable in advance. Cancellation of standard item orders must be received prior to shipment of goods. Rokform® cannot cancel an order once it has shipped.
