If your order has already been processed to ship, we will be unable to cancel your order. But do not worry! You are more than welcome to return the package to us within 60 days of purchase for a full product refund. When the package arrives, please either reject the package, or mark the unopened package as "Return to Sender" and drop it off at a local post office. This will return the package back to us.

We do ship internationally. When you order you will see a drop down list of country's to choose from. If your country is on this list then we ship to your country.
The price is determined by our shipping carriers (USPS and FedEx). This is dependent on where you are shipping to and how much the package will weigh. Add all of the items you want to order to your cart and you will be shown the shipping cost prior to finalizing your order. This way you can preview the shipping cost before paying.
Our shipping software automatically sends a shipping confirmation and tracking number to the email address you provided us. If you did not receive this email please check your spam/junk mail folders.

If you place your order by 12:00pm PST Monday - Friday, and it is in stock your order will ship the same day. If you order after 12:00pm PST and your items are in stock we will do our best to get your order out the same day but cannot guarantee same day shipping. Please be sure to remove the round inner microfiber ring on the inside of the case. We no longer include this with current production but if you have it, please remove it for best performance. Removing the round liner will not affect protection.

NO. Manufacturers have been using magnets in phones and tablets for years. Our specially designed rare earth magnets are proven safe for all smartphones and tablets. In a product overview from MacWorld, they said: "magnet based accessories are safe to use on iPads and pose no threat of scrambling interior electronics.” Our magnets will not harm your credit cards either. Magnets will only affect spinning hard drives found in old laptop and desktop computers. The magnet also may affect a hotel key but then again what doesn't? Bottom line, our magnets are safe but don’t set your phone on your old computer or your hotel key ;-)

Our case is not waterproof but most phones are now water-resistant so you no longer have to use a bulky waterproof case that you can’t hear out of to get the protection you need in case your phone gets wet.

As long as you purchased your product directly from rokform.com all we will need to verify your order is the email you used during checkout.

Rokform Rewards expire a year after you earn them. You will be emailed a few days before your points expire so you can redeem them before it is too late.
Unfortunately, you can only use one discount per order, meaning that you can't use both a reward and coupon code or promotion.
You can only earn Rokform Rewards points for purchases made at rokform.com or in our showroom in Irvine, CA. If you have purchased a Rokform product from a third party reseller your purchase is not eligible to earn rewards points.

After you make a purchase your points are set to pending for 14 days. After this 14 day period your points will automatically be added to your points total.
There are two ways to redeem your points.
