Did you know that this past week was Customer Service Week? The weeklong celebration may be less known than big customer-focused days like Black Friday or Small Business Thursday, but that may be all the more reason to give pause and celebrate! The international celebration of the importance of customer service and the amazing people behind it has been around for over 25 years. In fact, the first full week in October was proclaimed Customer Service week in 1992.
Last year we introduced Shady, one member of our all-star Customer Service team. Today, we’re spotlighting Jamie, our newest member of the amazing team!
Jamie has been a Customer Service Rep at Rokform for just over a month. Since joining Rokform, her perspective on phone cases and accessories has changed, “[It] makes you realize the different products and what is actually good quality vs poor quality.” She’s learned how much work it takes to make high quality cases and believes learning about the new products is the biggest perk of her job.
Jamie currently rocks the Crystal case on her iPhone 8. Her favorite Rokform accessory to use with her Crystal case is the Vent Mount. She loves that she can easily use it in any car. When she’s not at work, you’ll find her at the happiest place on earth, Disneyland, with her son and boyfriend.
