When Will My Order Ship?

We offer free ground parcel shipping on all domestic U.S. orders over $45 via USPS and free FedEx Express 2-Day shipping for orders all contiguous U.S. orders over $79.  All orders ship within 1 business day however most orders placed before 12:00 PM PST ship the same business day.  Many orders have been known to ship within minutes of being placed so keep an eye out for a speedy shipment notification.  You will receive a tracking number once your order has been fulfilled by our in-house shipping team.  

How Long Will it Take To Receive My Order?

Transit times depend on where you are located and the shipping method.  Most orders shipped via USPS arrive in 1-4 days and orders shipped via FedEx 2-Day are guaranteed to arrive in 2 business days.  Free Saturday Delivery is included as part of our FedEx 2-Day service so orders placed before noon on Thursdays will typically arrive on Saturday.  There are Saturday delivery exceptions so if you live in extended rural areas with limited freight service, FedEx will wait until Monday to deliver the package.  FedEx Overnight orders placed before 12:00PM PST will arrive in 1 business day. If an overnight order is placed on Friday, it will not arrive until Monday. FedEx will not deliver to a P.O. Box so if your shipping address is a P.O. Box select USPS Priority

International Orders?

We offer FedEx International Economy shipping for all Rokform.com orders.  Actual shipping rates vary depending on the shipping address.  Charges for customs clearance vary by country and are the responsibility of the customer.  All International orders ship within 1 business day and typical FedEx International Economy transit times are 4-8 business days.
