Rokform Rewards Terms and Conditions

Effective Date: April 29, 2025

Welcome to Rokform Rewards (the “Program”), a loyalty program offered by Rokform. Participation in the Program is governed by the following Terms and Conditions. By participating, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and Rokform’s Privacy Policy and Terms of Use.

1. Program Overview

The Rokform Rewards Program is a free loyalty program that allows eligible customers to earn points (“Points”) on purchases and select activities on rokform.com. Points can be redeemed for discounts on future purchases, subject to the terms below.

Participation in the Program is voluntary and available only to individuals who:

Are at least 18 years old
Have a valid email address
Create a Rokform customer account

Businesses and organizations are not eligible to participate.

2. Earning Points

Members can earn Points through qualifying activities, including but not limited to:

Making eligible purchases (excluding taxes, shipping, and certain discounted products)
Referring friends
Signing up for the program
Following Rokform on social media
Writing product reviews

Important Notes:

Points are only awarded for qualifying purchases made after enrollment.
Points earned from purchases are pending until the order is fulfilled and the return period has passed.
Rokform reserves the right to determine whether a purchase or activity qualifies for Points.

3. Redeeming Points

Points can be redeemed for rewards as described at rokform.com/rewards.

When redeeming:

A minimum Points balance may be required to redeem for certain rewards.
Rewards and Points have no cash value and are non-transferable.
Points cannot be redeemed for gift cards, shipping, or taxes unless explicitly stated.
Discounts from redeemed Points cannot be combined with other discount codes unless otherwise stated.

4. Points Expiration

Points earned through the Program will expire two (2) years from the date they were earned, regardless of account activity. Expired Points will be forfeited and cannot be reinstated.

Rokform is not responsible for notifying Members of upcoming Points expiration.

5. Membership Tiers

The Rokform Rewards Program may offer tiered membership levels based on annual spending or activity. Each tier may offer different benefits and rewards.

Details on current tiers, qualification criteria, and benefits are available at rokform.com/rewards.

Tier status is typically reviewed and updated annually or as otherwise determined by Rokform.

6. Account Management

Members are responsible for maintaining accurate and updated information in their Rokform account, including their email address and other contact details.

Rokform reserves the right to:

Adjust Points balances for returns, cancellations, or suspected fraudulent activity
Terminate accounts that violate these Terms and Conditions
Suspend or modify the Program, or any part of it, at any time without notice

7. Termination and Changes to the Program

Rokform reserves the right to:

Cancel the Program at any time with or without notice
Change the Program structure, benefits, rewards, or these Terms and Conditions at any time
Make point corrections to account for program migration.

If the Program is terminated, any unredeemed Points will expire immediately.

It is the Member’s responsibility to review these Terms and Conditions periodically.

8. Limitation of Liability

By participating, you agree that Rokform and its affiliates are not liable for any damages or losses resulting from your participation in the Program, including, but not limited to, Points lost due to account termination or Program changes.
