"The heavy thread or cord hooked into a soft silicone plug is terrible engineering. I really like the way the plug fits into the phone and how it is not dependent on a hinged piece of material that wears out with constant use. However, the cord is miserable as an alternative. As it has been mentioned, I'll reinforce the view that it catches on everything. Additionally, because of the braided cord that is used to secure it to the case, the cord cuts through the soft material of the eye loop on the plug itself."

"I ordered the charging port rubber insert which needs to be redesigned to be part of the phone case. Having a little plug with a lanyard attached to your phone case is just silly. So, I returned the rubber charging port inserts because the lanyard kept getting snagged on things and because of how it just dangles when using your phone. Build it into the phone case. . ."
"The hold on isn't the greatest and can easily pop out. maybe have it to where its wedge a little so it can hold better. and love the material though and the lanyard is a nice touch too."
