Need to Return an Item?
No problem! We've got you covered. Follow the steps below to get your return started.
For Domestic Returns:
1. Log in to your Rokform account.
2. Click the order that you want to submit the return for.
3. If your order has more than one item, then select the items you wish to return.
4. Select a return reason and add a note for our team.
5. Click "Submit request".
For orders past the 60-day return period, please reach out to our customer service team.
If your return request is approved, you will receive an email with shipping instructions and a return shipping label. After the product is returned, you receive a refund.
