Is the case waterproof?

Our case is not waterproof, but the Galaxy Note 20 ULTRA is water-resistant, so you no longer have to use a bulky waterproof case that you can't hear out of to get the protection you need if your phone gets wet.

Does the S Pen work with the magnet?

No, due to the position of the magnet, the S Pen will not work.

Will the magnet affect my phone?

NO. Manufacturers have been using magnets in phones and tablets for years. Our specially designed rare earth magnets are proven safe for all smartphones and tablets. In a product overview from MacWorld, they said: "magnet based accessories are safe to use on iPads and pose no threat of scrambling interior electronics." Our magnets will not harm your credit cards either. Magnets will only affect spinning hard drives found in old laptop and desktop computers. With the magnet installed, it may also affect wireless charging and electronic stylus operation. The magnet also may affect a hotel key, but then again, what doesn't? Bottom line, our magnets are safe but don't set your phone on your old computer or your hotel key ;-)

How easily is the case removed?

Very easy. Our Rugged Case is designed for everyday protective use and convenience. Removal and installation are simple and only take seconds.

What is the purpose of the magnet?

One word. CONVENIENCE! The magnet is powerful enough to be used for a variety of everyday tasks. Some of our favorites are to stick it to a fridge, toolbox, corner bead of a wall for family photos, side of your car when loading groceries, golf cart when using GPS or our included magnetic car mount holder, and much more. Many of our customers are in the industrial and law enforcement fields and use them on a forklift, industrial racks, police car, fire truck, navy ships, and more. We are sure that you will find magnetic mounting amazingly useful for everyday and heavy-duty applications.

Does the magnet affect the phone signal?

No. The magnet does not affect the phone signal, GPS, Bluetooth, or Wi-Fi.

Does this case work with a glass screen protector?

Yes. We have not found one yet that does not work with our case.

Is the inside hard plastic or soft, and what are the corners made of?

The interior of the case is made from polycarbonate and TPU rubber that is semi-soft and won't scratch or harm your phone. The corners are made from the same soft material and offer excellent shock and drop protection.

What other accessories will work with the case?

We have a variety of accessories for most active and industrial uses that include: bike mounts (mountain biking and road cycling), motorcycle mounts, tripod adapters, suction mounts, universal magnetic car mounts, universal twist lock mounts, golf aids, belt clips, stands, stroller mounts, wall mounts, vehicle mounts, bundle kits, and more. The best part is that the mounting system is universal across our entire product line, so if you upgrade your phone, all the accessories remain compatible.

GREAT CASES!!!!

"I have now been with this brand since 2016 iPhone7, now I carry iPhone 17 pro max an have the rugged case. I swear by this brand. The fit is awesome the carbo fiber looks great and the magnetic case well it’s well worth it . I like it so much so that I have my uncle he has purchased a rugged case and my cousin did the same, as mechanicing can be challenging it helps whether you’re under the car or above under the hood. it has been a real life saver..I have recently had a stroke and this rugged case has helped out a bunch with one arm, and then holding the phone with the magnet helps out tremendously"

Excellent case – strong, secure and perfect for accessories

"I bought the Rokform Magnetic Rugged Case for my Samsung Galaxy S24 and I’m very happy with it. The case feels extremely solid and protective, while still fitting the phone perfectly. The magnetic system is very strong and works especially well with my magnetic accessories. I also use my phone for digiscoping with a Swarovski binocular and a magnetic adapter, and the Rokform case keeps everything secure and properly aligned. The buttons are easy to use, the grip is excellent, and the overall build quality feels premium. Definitely one of the best cases I’ve had for my Samsung Galaxy S24. Highly recommended! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐"

Nice Case but…

"I got this case and it is great, but I also bought the lens protector for the camera lens and it’s made of cheap plastic lens that cracks when it’s in your pocket. I never droppedy phone and the case itself is in perfect condition but the lens protector is weak."

— Art P. (4/5)

Best case I've purchased

"The magnetic fearure in this case is probably the best I've come across. Strong, holds my phone firmly in place and the case is solidly built. I'm normally a cheap phone case guy but after seeing my son's case I decided it was worthit ti get one. No regrets and this is probably the only case I'll buy for my phones from now on. Shipping was quick and cost was fair, boxed nicely and easy to install. Thanks for a great product!"

Great experience, quality I was

"Great experience, quality I was happy to use with my motorcycle for convenience, safety, and it looks excellent."

— Lee B. (5/5)

What I was hoping for!

"I bought a quad lock case and mount for my last phone but didn’t like how the mount functioned, and it was too loose. Rokform has the quarter turn with a positive stop so you know you are “clicked” into place, which is what I was hoping for. It works much better on my wheelchair phone mount with my lack of hand function. Also the case still looks cool, also love the magnetic charger/stand for nighttime use"

— Josh R. (5/5)

I am very rough with

"I am very rough with my phone, I run through screen protectors and have broken many cameras lenses, this case is built in a manner that would make it very difficult to break, the lip that protects the edges of the phone are massive this is not 5 below case this is highly engineered for a person like me, does add a good bit of weight but bothers me none."

— Kay W. (5/5)

Simply the best

"This will be my third rugged case for my iPhones. All I can say is that these cases take a beating and my phone is still intact. I work around horses, tractors and construction and wherever it lands I can be sure that when I pick it up, it’s unscathed. I wish I could join the Rokform team just to take a bit of the great credit they have earned. Thanks for providing us a superb product."

— Trev (5/5)

Love these cases

"Is the third or fourth case I got. Every time I get a new phone I buy the case from Rockford. They are amazing. I love the magnetic back and I own also a bracket for my bike from this brand so I can always lock my phone on it and not worry snout it falling."

— Mariana E. (5/5)

Solid case

"The case seems very solid. Having the magnet to use for charging and to stick the phone to metal is nice. Case looks nice too. I haven't had any issues, but it might be nice if the case had a little more of a rubber feel as the plastic isn't as sticky as my previous case."
