Top-10 Airbnb’s For Cross-Country Mountain Bike Road Trips

Perhaps one of the most sought-after bucket list trips for any hardcore mountain biker is taking a cross-country journey to ride a selection of the best trails the nation has to offer. But this type of trip can prove challenging due to the unique needs of riding bikes while traveling for weeks on end. Laundry facilities are a definite must, along with the ability to wash bikes or dry out your gear if you get caught in the rain.

The trouble with many hotels is you often have to walk long distances from your vehicle to your room, making for a tiring end to your day if you have multiple trips worth of gear to bring inside. Staying in an Airbnb can provide a more convenient experience when traveling across the country to ride bikes because they can mimic your normal routine back home.

We reached out to the members of some mountain biking Facebook Groups our staffers are in to get some recommendations, along with some stellar finds we came across while planning future trips of our own. Pack your bags, and get ready for a truly bucket-list trip with our Top-10 Airbnb’s for cross-country mountain bike road trips.
