Refund policy

Returns. Rokform will accept returns within sixty calendar days of the product being delivered, and only from the original end purchaser. Returns must be postmarked as shipped back to the Rokform within 7 calendar days of the return shipping label. Prior to shipping any Product for a return or a claim under the limited warranty, the original end purchaser must complete a Return Request in their Rokform Account. Refunds will be issued to the credit card used for the original purchase. Refunds are for product only. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Rokform is not liable for Products that are damaged or lost in transit to our warehouse. If the Company determines there is a warranted defect, it will remedy the defect as set forth in the limited warranty and return the Product or a replacement product at the Rokform's expense.
