The iPhone Duo looks like it could be the foldable for iPhone users who’ve been waiting for Apple to make one. The bigger screen, titanium build, and IP68 rating are the things that could matter most when you’re carrying a foldable every day.

But it’s still an early-adopter phone. Apple’s launch claims look good, but there aren’t any long-term retail reviews yet. Early Galaxy Z Fold 8 reviews keep coming back to the same thing: it’s light for a book-style foldable. Its 201g weight and 9.7mm folded size should make it easier to carry than older, heavier Fold models. PCMag also called out its wider inner screen, performance, and battery life.

The tradeoffs are clear too. The standard Fold 8 has no S Pen support, no dedicated telephoto camera, and IP48 protection instead of a dust-tight rating.
