Choose the right belt, you may need to buy one!
"Doesn't work on all belts, you just need the right width and thickness belt. It's a great design and very well made. However; my recent experience with it is that you can't secure phone quickly as it takes time to get the phone lined up right in order for you to lock the phone in and if you belt width is too small the whole device turns while attaching it. It does lock in tightly which causes another problem when trying to disengage it. Again id the belt width is too small the whole device twists while trying to remove the phone. I like the mount but it doesn't work for all occasions when you're wearing different belts."
