How many charges can I get from the Power Bank?
The 5,000 mAh Power Bank can charge a phone from 0% to about 80% when fully charged. The 10,000 mAh Power Bank can fully charge a phone about 2.5 times when fully charged.
Is the Power Bank TSA/Travel friendly?
Yes. Both Power Banks are TSA-compliant and can be carried on an airplane. The 5,000 mAh is 18.75 Watt-hours. The 10,000 mAh is 39.7 Watt-hours. Always check the latest travel requirements, as regulations may change.
How do I know how much battery is left?
LED power indicators on the back show the remaining charge. Press the power button and the LEDs will light up to display the battery level.
Can I use this Power Bank with non-MagSafe devices?
Yes. Use the included USB-C cable for wired charging. Wireless charging only works with MagSafe-compatible devices.
What Rokform cases are compatible?
The Power Banks are designed to work with all Rokform cases (Rugged, Crystal, Slim) that support MagSafe. For wireless charging, the magnetic plug must be removed.
Can I use the Power Bank with the magnetic plug installed?
No. Wireless charging will not work if the magnetic plug is installed.
