What size bars does the Over the Top Bike mount fit?

The mount fits 22.2mm (7/8"), 25.4mm (1”), 31.8mm (1 1/4”), and 35mm (1 3/8”) bars.

Can you use this mount with the iPad Rugged case?

No. The Over the Top bike mount is meant to work with all Rugged and Crystal phone cases. The iPad will not work.
