The 5,000 mAh Power Bank can charge a phone from 0% to about 80% when fully charged. The 10,000 mAh Power Bank can fully charge a phone about 2.5 times when fully charged.

Is the Power Bank TSA/Travel friendly?

Yes. Both Power Banks are TSA-compliant and can be carried on an airplane. The 5,000 mAh is 18.75 Watt-hours. The 10,000 mAh is 39.7 Watt-hours. Always check the latest travel requirements, as regulations may change.

How do I know how much battery is left?

LED power indicators on the back show the remaining charge. Press the power button and the LEDs will light up to display the battery level.

Can I use this Power Bank with non-MagSafe devices?

Yes. Use the included USB-C cable for wired charging. Wireless charging only works with MagSafe-compatible devices.

What Rokform cases are compatible?

"I really wanted this to work for my purposes. I wanted to use it strictly as a wireless charger to charge through my Rokform Rugged case. My wife and I have a handful of Rokform products. We just upgraded our phones to the Samsung S26 plus so we purchased (2) of the Rokform Rugged cases. I next purchased (2) of these 10k-mAh chargers. The chargers weren't able to charge through the thick Rokform Rugged case although the website description says it could. Yes I removed the center plug but it still wouldn't charge through the case. I removed the case and it wirelessly charged just fine. I want to be able to charge the phone and leave the case on. We have the Rokform wireless puck stands and those are able to charge through the thick Rugged case. The power source is great and the wired charging works great as well. I ended up returning these because it wasn't able to wirelessly charge through the Rokform Rugged case. My issue might be an isolated issue and I tried other tests (noted above) to see if it could work for my purposes and it did not. Customer service was great to work with and issued a refund without issue."
