"I ordered the charging port rubber insert which needs to be redesigned to be part of the phone case. Having a little plug with a lanyard attached to your phone case is just silly. So, I returned the rubber charging port inserts because the lanyard kept getting snagged on things and because of how it just dangles when using your phone. Build it into the phone case. . ."
"I have a few problems with this. . one this falls out a lot and I keep loosing it. Luckily it usually falls out in my pocket so I can find it. Also the lanyard is not useful as it adds to much sticking off the phone. My biggest issue is that the phone case should already have a dust cover integrated in it. One that keeps it from falling out and two this makes these feel like a nickel and dime add on to have you spend a little more on their products and accessories. I love my rockform case but I do think this should be apart of the case and not a seperate product."

"Very helpful to cover the ports without having the built-in version in the case. Overtime, those built in flaps bends the cable tips and that's why I prefer it to be separated this way. This makes more sense."
"When you work in a warehouse that has all different types of debris flying around throughout the day, this is a must. It is sometimes tricky getting this to go in if you aren't directly looking at the c port. Keeps c-port Clean."
