Customer service is great

"I've called RokForm customer service twice and both times the young lady was incredibly kind and helpful. The first call was because I purchased the MagSafe wireless charger. It wasn't compatible with my RokForm Samsung galaxy s22 case. I didn't know that because the website didn't specify that it only works with the IPhone. (Stupid iPhone). Anyway, she didn't try to make me feel bad for the mistake. I was going to return the case also. However, I want to support small business and her pleasant attitude made me keep the case and buy the Sport Ring. Information and kindness make for a very powerful sales technique."
