Is the case waterproof?

Our case is not waterproof but the iPhone 8/7/6 is water resistant so you no longer have to use a bulky waterproof case that you can’t hear out of to get the protection you need in case your phone gets wet. Yeah! .

Will the magnet affect my phone?

NO. Manufacturers have been using magnets in phones and tablets for years. Our specially designed rare earth magnets are proven safe for all smartphones and tablets. In a product overview from MacWorld, they said: "magnet based accessories are safe to use on iPads and pose no threat of scrambling interior electronics.” Our magnets will not harm your credit cards either. Magnets will only affect spinning hard drives found in old laptop and desktop computers. With the magnet installed it may also affect wireless charging and electronic stylus operation. The magnet also may affect a hotel key but then again what doesn't? Bottom line, our magnets are safe but don’t set your phone on your old computer or your hotel key ;-)

How easily is the case removed?

Very easy. Our Rugged case designed for everyday protective use and convenience. Removal and installation is easily done within seconds.

What is the purpose of the magnet?

One word. CONVENIENCE! The magnet is powerful enough to be used for a variety of everyday tasks. Some of our favorites are to stick it to a fridge, tool box, corner bead of a wall for family photos, side of your car when loading groceries, golf cart when using GPS or our included magnetic car mount holder and much more. Does the magnet affect the phone signal?

No. The magnet has not effect on the phone signal, GPS, Bluetooth or Wi-Fi.

Does this case work with a glass screen protector?

Yes. You can use a Rokform RokGlass screen protector or most others. We have not found one yet that does not work with our case.

Do you make this case for the iPhone 6 and 7 and the PLUS?

Yes. This case is available for all iPhone 6,7 and 6,7 PLUS Models.

Is the inside hard plastic or soft and what are the corners made of?

The interior of the case is made from polycarbonate and TPU rubber that is semi soft and won’t scratch or harm your phone. The corners are made from the same soft material and offers excellent shock and drop protection.

Toughest phone case ever! Proven!

"So, I had an accident with my I-Phone 17. It fell out of my pocket without me knowing and I accidentally ran over it with my bushhog while mowing on the tractor. My phone was in a ROKFORM iPhone pro max rugged case. The mower completely destroyed the iPhone, but the case miraculously wasn't hurt at all. I received my replacement phone, washed the dirt and mud off the old ROKFORM case and still use it on my new replacement phone. As far as I can tell there is no damage to the case. Pretty amazing quality!!!! I attached some pics of the phone damage and the case that was on the phone. I haven't attached it to my ROKFORM motorcycle handlebar phone mount just yet, but I believe it will be just fine."

"Case is exactly what I needed! I lost the non magnetic plug and needed another one. Came to the website to try to buy one but none were listed for sale. Contacted customer service late one night and heard back from them first thing the next morning. They are shipping me a new one at no charge. You can’t beat that type of service! Rokform for Pixel 9 pro XL

"I have tried SP and Quadlock. SP is the least protective attachment wise. Quadlock has a better attachment system. Both there phone cases are about equal protection wise. ROKFORM is Superior as far as the phone case protection goes. I would also rate Quadlock and Rokform almost equal attachment wise with the nod going to Rokform. Now that I have tried all 3 brands of phone cases and there mounting and attachments systems I have decided Rokform is the best phone case wise and there mounting and attachments system is top notch also. You pay a little more for Rokform but you also do not have to worry about your phone falling off the mounting system either."

Awesome Case

"I recently purchased a new case for my older Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra after having used the OutterBox Defender since I obtained my phone 3 yrs ago that's still in excellent working condition. I really love the case. My only issue is with my S-Pen is not being recognized due to the magnets. Other than that, I pleased with the cases durability and look. Very Solid Case

"Came over to Rokform from a QuadLock set up for my bike. I don’t have any concerns about the phone coming off while I’m riding but I do use the lanyard, just in case. Best part for me is the magnet. I love sticking it where I need it for work. No issues so far. I didn’t get the vibration dampener as the website is a bit confusing on whether it’s compatible with what I bought, along with the case. But so far so good."
