Survival Series: 100-foot motorcycle slide
Note: this post contains graphic images from the accident that may be disturbing to viewers.
We are highlighting another survival story that was sent to us recently by an avid motorcycle rider. When Danny was in a motorcycle accident, his Rokform case and mount came through.
The Survival Story
“Much love and respect for making the best mounts and cases in the industry! I crashed with your mount and case setup at over 100kms/hr and got very hurt and my bike went for a 100-foot slide and I was able to take my untouched phone off the mount and call for help! Still using the mount and case to this day a year later and it looks brand new! Again, much love for making such solid product I’ll always be using them on everything.”
-Danny Truelove from Kelowna BC, Canada
Danny’s survival story is amazing! We were thankful to read that after his accident, Danny was able to use his phone to get help. Big thanks to Danny for sharing his story and photos from after the accident. Great to hear that a year later Danny has recovered and is still using his case and mount.
The Motorcycle Mounts
Three different mounts, a few different size options. That means that whether you ride a sport bike or a cruiser you’re sure to find a mount that fits for your motorcycle. All Rokform motorcycle mounts are made with CNC machined aircraft grade aluminium that can withstand the elements. Our mounts utilize RokLock quarter turn system and magnetic technology to lock your phone case in and keep your phone secure while you ride.
