Can I wirelessly charge my phone with this case?
- Yes! To wirelessly charge, simply remove the Magnetic Roklock Plug from your case, you will be able to wirelessly charge and still be able to utilize the built-in magnet in your case to magnetically mount your phone.
Will the magnet affect my phone?
- NO. Manufacturers have been using magnets in phones and tablets for years. Our specially designed rare earth magnets are proven safe for all smartphones and tablets. In a product overview from MacWorld, they said: "magnet based accessories are safe to use on iPads and pose no threat of scrambling interior electronics.” Our magnets will not harm your credit cards either. Magnets will only affect spinning hard drives found in old laptop and desktop computers. With the magnet installed it may also affect wireless charging and electronic stylus operation. The magnet also may affect a hotel key but then again what doesn't? Bottom line, our magnets are safe but don’t set your phone on your old computer or your hotel key ;-)
I saw some reviews that said the rubber detaches from the plastic?
- Our earliest cases (pre-release of iPhone 6) had a small manufacturing issue that caused the rubber to pull away from the polycarbonate. We quickly addressed the problem and it is no longer an issue. We replaced free of charge all cases that reported this problem. Like all Rokform products if you ever have a problem our 5-star customer service team is always happy to help.

Is the case waterproof?
- Our case is not waterproof but the iPhone 8 is water resistant so you no longer have to use a bulky waterproof case that you can’t hear out of to get the protection you need in case your phone gets wet. Yeah!

Overall a great product! This case looks amazing on the new 11 Mac Pro! I have owned a Rokform for every phone I own! A little disappointed that you don’t get the lanyard with the case anymore. Have always received one with every case. Never the less I have ordered one. Keep the products coming!

This is probably te most functional and overall case I have ever had. The protection level is more than adequate for an active lifestyle and can certainly take a few bumps and bruises that other can't. The magnetic holder and other accessories like the car vent holder and the pro series bike mount make this the hands down winner for best case and accessory system.

Awesome case..No complaints
I switched to this case so I could use a wireless charger as my previous case the rugged Rokform case was not compatible with a wireless charger. This case is lighter than my previous case but approximately the same size. I usually carry my phone in my back pocket and this case slips into my pocket with greater ease. This is my fifth Rokform case and I won’t use any other case. I always recommend Rokform when asked about it. I have a Rokform dash mount and I feel that my phone is secure.
I’ve had this case for 7 months now. I won’t buy any other case. I’ve dropped off and air compressor 6 ft up, slammed in the the truck door( forgot I use the magnet and stuck it to the door jam), had it tumble off my motorcycle goin down the road( wasn’t using the lanyard at the time) and my phone doesn’t have a crack one. I would recommend this case to everyone. I use the magnet all the time.

Love it! My husband is a aggressive golf cart driver. I have to hold on. I put my phone on the side bar and it stayed!! Didn't move!!! It was a risky move on my part and i kept a close eye on it. It is great!
